Achieve your 2025 wellness goals—and unlock rewards faster! Our QLife Wellness Rewards program offers a flexible approach to help you stay engaged in your wellness journey all year long. With a wide variety of activities and a points-based structure, you get to choose what works best for you. The more activities you complete throughout the year, the more points you earn, the bigger your reward!
New this year: It is now easier to earn points throughout the year so you can unlock rewards faster as you achieve your wellness goals. With higher point values for many activities, and fewer points needed to progress through each level, we have made it easier to reach your maximum reward.
Whether you want to add more movement to your day, focus on your financial goals, volunteer, or meet with a Wellness coach, QLife Wellness Rewards has something for everyone.
How does it work?
- Step 1: Register or log in to Wellness Online powered by Personify Health*
- Step 2: Download the mobile app or bookmark Wellness Online powered by Personify Health on your desktop and sync your devices (like your mobile phone and/or smart watch) to easily complete and track daily activities (optional)
- Step 3: Browse the available activities on your desktop or in the mobile app
- Step 4: Complete the well-being activities that are right for you and track them in the Wellness Online powered by Personify Health platform
- Step 5: Earn points and get rewarded! With four different reward levels, your reward is based on the activities you complete. The more wellness activities you complete, the more you earn!
